Best for sluggish digestion, mild congestion, puffy face, slow bowls.

Ingredients

  • 1 whole Lemon or Juice of whole lemon

  • 1 tsp olive oil

  • 1 cup warm spring water

  • 1 thumb of ginger

  • 1 pinch of cayenne ( optional be recommended for best results)

Instructions

  1. Add ginger slice to warm water and let steep 5–10 minutes

  2. Remove ginger (or leave in if tolerated)

  3. Add lemon jor lemon juice

  4. Stir in olive oil last (if using) or (BLEND ALL THE ABOVE TOGETHER IF YOU HAVE A BLENDER… STRAIN THEN DRINK)

  5. Drink slowly, first thing in the morning on an empty stomach

Wait 20–30 minutes before eating.
