Ingredients

    •    1 tsp fenugreek seeds

    •    1½ cups water

Instructions

    •    Soak seeds overnight or lightly crush

    •    Simmer 10–15 minutes

    •    Strain and sip warm

Best morning or before meals

Add ginger if digestion is very cold/sluggish.

Avoid large doses if pregnant.
