turmeric golden Milk

Ingredients

  • 1 cup plant milk (almond or coconut)

  • ½ tsp Turmeric

  • Pinch black pepper

  • ½ tsp cinnamon

  • Raw honey or dates (optional)

Instructions

Warm gently (do not bring to a boil). Stir well.

Use

  • Nighttime, 3–5x per week

OPTION Without Milk

  • ½ tsp Turmeric

  • 1 Cup of Water

  • Pinch black pepper

  • ½ tsp cinnamon
