herbal strengthening hair mask

Best for: Weak, thinning, damaged, or chemically processed hair

Ingredients

• 2 tbsp fenugreek seeds (soaked overnight)

• 2 tbsp hibiscus powder (or fresh or dried petals)

• 1 tbsp nettle leaf powder

• 1 tbsp rosemary tea

• 2 tbsp plain coconut yogurt (or dairy-free yogurt)

• 1 tbsp castor oil

Instructions

1. Blend soaked fenugreek into a smooth paste.

2. Add the remaining ingredients and blend well.

3. Apply generously from roots to ends.

4. Cover with a shower cap.

5. Leave on for 30–45 minutes.

6. Shampoo lightly if needed and condition afterward.
