As a Certified Natural Health Professional and Herbalist, I do not approach this work from a place of authority over you, but from lived experience with you. Like many, I have moved through seasons of feeling lost, disconnected, and unsure of who I was or why I was here. It is through these cycles that this work became embodied — not learned in theory, but integrated through life.
My intention is to create a grounded, compassionate space where you feel seen, heard, supported, and empowered. These consultations are not about fixing you — they are an invitation to reconnect with your body’s innate wisdom, restore trust within yourself, and reclaim your natural rhythm.
